6 oz. egg noodles
1 can of tuna in water, drained
1/2 c. diced onion (small bits)
1/4 c. chopped pepper (green, red, whatever)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 t salt

1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. american cheese
1/2 c. milk

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cook noodles according to directions
- While noodles are cooking, mix soup, cheese and milk in small pot and heat through
- Mix tuna, onion, celery, pepper, mayo and salt together
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Turn into 2 Qt baking dish
- Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
