Tuna Casserole


6 oz. egg noodles
1 can of tuna in water, drained
1/2 c. diced onion (small bits)
1/4 c. chopped pepper (green, red, whatever)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 t salt

1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. american cheese
1/2 c. milk

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cook noodles according to directions
  3. While noodles are cooking, mix soup, cheese and milk in small pot and heat through
  4. Mix tuna, onion, celery, pepper, mayo and salt together
  5. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  6. Turn into 2 Qt baking dish
  7. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
