Tomato Bread

1/4 c. tomato juice
1 T canola oil/melted butter
2 T catsup
3 1/2 c. white flour
2 T sugar
1/2 t salt
2 1/4 t yeast

In bread machine, add liquids, dry ingredients, saving yeast for last. Select Basic bread type, crust color (I prefer medium), and 1.5 lb. or large loaf size & press Start.

If you would prefer to have a regular shaped loaf of bread, use the dough cycle on your bread machine to mix & rise your bread. Bake in a bread pan at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool on cooling rack.
