Spinach Dip
1 pint sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 t dry dill (more to taste)
1 t dry Italian salad dressing
combine all ingredients in blender or food processor
blend until smooth & light green
refrigerate at least 2 hours, but up to 2 days, before serving.
Serve in hollowed out sourdough bread bowl, or on the side as a veggie dip. Enjoy!!
