- in medium bowl, combine all ingredients except seasoned pepper
- shape cheese mixture into a 5-inch ball, slightly flatten one side
- place 12" square of wax paper on flat surface and spread seasoned pepper in an even thick layer on paper
- roll cheese ball in pepper until completely covered
- refrigerate 6 hours or overnight
Serve with fresh fruit slices or crackers.
Cheese ball can be stored in refrigerator several days before serving.
